Creation by Divine Inspiration

Divine Revelation in the Book of TRUTH

''Most surely in the creation of the heavens and the earth and the alternation of the night and the day, and the ships that run in the sea with that which profits men, and the water that God sends down from the cloud, then gives life with it to the earth after its death and spreads in it all (kinds of) animals, and the changing of the winds and the clouds made subservient between the heaven and the earth, there are signs for a people who understand" (2:164)

In the above verse, God has in detail announced the different forms of creation.

We cannot make a chair without a carpenter; nor can we make a dagger without a blacksmith. When without a designer nothing can be designed, then how can vast universes be made without a Maker?

When describing the creation of the "heavens and the earth", the Quran does not discount the theory of a "Big Bang" explosion at the start of it all. In fact, the Quran says that "Do not those who disbelieve see that the heavens and the earth were closed up, but We have opened them; and We have made of water everything living, will they not then believe?" (21:30) Following this big explosion, "Then He directed Himself to the heaven and it is a vapor, so He said to it and to the earth: Come both, willingly or unwillingly. They both said: We come willingly" (41:11) Thus the elements and what was to become the planets and stars began to cool, come together, and form into shape, following the natural laws that God established in the universe. **** All evidential explosions tend to harm, disintegrate and destroy what is present.

However, explosions don't give out in order. If we were introduced to a very detailed order after an explosion, then we can conclude that there was an intelligent intervention behind this explosion and that all pieces dispersed by the explosion, had been made to move in a very controlled way. QUOTE "The Big Bang Theory holds that the universe began with a single explosion. Yet as can be seen, an explosion merely throws matter apart, while the big bang has mysteriously produced the opposite effect – with matter clumping together in the form of galaxies" ~ Quoted by Sir Fred Hoyle.

No doubt, if a great order arose within an explosion then it should be accepted that the intervention of a Creator is involved in every moment of this explosion.

QUOTE "If the rate of expansion one second after the big bang had been smaller by even one part in a hundred thousand million million, the universe would have recollapsed before it ever reached its present size" ~ quoted by physicist Stephen Hawking.

*** The Quran further states that God created the sun, the moon and the planets, each with their own individual courses or orbits. "And He it is Who created the night and the day and the sun and the moon; all (orbs) travel along swiftly in their celestial spheres" (21:33)

QUOTE "Careful measurements puts the rate of expansion very close to a critical value at which the universe will just escape its own gravity and expand forever. A little slower and the cosmos would collapse, a little faster and the cosmic material would have long ago completely dispersed. The big bang was not, evidently, any old bang, but an explosion of exquisitely arranged magnitude" ~ quoted by Theoretical physicist Paul Davies

"Surely your Lord is God, Who created the heavens and the earth in six periods of time, and He is firm in power; He throws the veil of night over the day, which it pursues incessantly; and (He created) the sun and the moon and the stars, made subservient by His command; surely His is the creation and the command; blessed is God, the Lord of the worlds" (7:54)

In the quran, the word 'days' is mentioned instead of 'periods'. But night and day did not exist at the time prior to creation. Evidently it is referral to periods. *** Another aspect of this extraordinary order formed of the universe following the Big Bang is the creation of a habitable universe.

The conditions of the formation of a habitable planet are so many and so complex, that it is impossible to think this formation is coincidental. This creation shows us that there is a Creator, wisdom and knowledge to Him, who has created matter from nothing, who manages and controls incessantly.

The Creator is God Lord of all the worlds and Lord of the heavens and the Earth. *** The Islamic belief differs to the scientific theory in the relation of the creator, Allah. Islam and the Quran say that GodAlmighty, the only God and Creator to all creations, has created the universe – everything as it is today – in 6 periods of time and it is still expanding.

On the other hand, scientists say that there was no Creator. The fact of the Big Bang has just been discovered by modern technology and physicists in the 20th Century, whereas it has been stated in the Quran over 1400 years ago. *** Verses from the Holy Quraan.

The Djinn / Elementals

Djinn / Elementals

Throughout history man has always had a deep attraction for the supernatural and the unseen. The existence of a world parallel to our own has always fascinated people. This world is commonly referred to as the spirit world, and almost every set of people have some concept of one.

With some people, these spirits are no more then the souls of dead people- or ghosts. With others, spirits are either the forces of good or the forces of evil - both battling against one another to gain influence over humanity.,

Islam explains this realm of the unseen. It is from this realm that Islam explains to us about the world of the Jinn. The Islamic explanation of the Jinn provides us with so many answers to modern day mysteries.

The djinn are beings created with free will, living on earth in a world parallel to mankind. The Arabic word jinn is from the verb 'Janna' which means to hide or conceal. Thus, they are physically invisible from man as their description suggests.

This invisibility is one of the reasons why some people have denied their existence. However, (as will be seen) the affect which the world of the Jinn has upon our world, is enough to refute this modern denial of one of GOD's creation.

The origins of the Jinn can be traced from the Qur'an . Also Djinn or Jinnee, plural Djinni or Jineeyeh, Jin and Jinx are some variations of the term. Spirits present among Humans everywhere, made of smokeless fire. The word translated as meaning approxiamately elementals although they are fearsome and often portrayed as monstrous demons.

We can not ordinarily see the Jinn, unless they take a material form, which is usually an unpleasant or ugly form such as a snake or a black dog, as opposed to angels who take beautiful ethereal forms. They can also take a human form.

The djinn were created out of smokeless fire, and populated the earth before the creation of Man for two thousand years. They were perverse and vicious, and turned evil very quickly after they were created, so God banished them to the stars and the oceans, although Prophets were sent to salvage them the majority did not reform, among them are a handful of believing Jinn who do service to Humanity by fighting etherically against the armies of destructive Jinn.

The Jinn were unrepentant, and were driven away from the earth. God sent against them a troop of Angels who battle them and cast them away to islands in the seas. So, when Allah said: ''I am placing (mankind) generations after generations on Earth, They (the Angels) said, Will You place therein one who will cause corruption and shed blood? (Al Baqarah, 2:30), That is:

Just as those Jinn did?? Then GOD said:'' I know that which you do not know.'' One of the Jinn known as Azazel/Iblis, had reached high ranks because the angels requested he be elevated amongst them, He fought against armies of the disbelieving Jinn, But refusing when commanded by God to prostrate himself before Adam, he was degraded to the position/condition of a shaytan/satan, which he was known as from then fourth.

Only through this order did he show the true colours of his Arrogant nature. '' Noone with an atom of pride/arrogance in their heart, shall enter paradise''--The Qur'aan Shaytan requested in exchange for his years of service/worship to God, that he may exist in the world, and lead Humanity to Hell, save the true believers, who he cannot enter their hearts.

God granted him this request, until the final day, where he will enter his own sealed fate. The Jinn are not immortal, but destined ultimately to die. They eat, drink and procreate, just as human do, living in communities, and are ruled over by princes.

In Islam, jinn are fiery spirits (Qur'an 35. 15) particularly associated with the desert. While they are disruptive of human life, they are considered worthy of being saved. A person dying in a state of great sin may be changed into a jinni in the period of a barzakh , separation or barrier.

The djinn were thought by some to be spirits that are lower than angels because they are made of fire and are not immortal. They can take on human and animal shapes to influence men to do good or evil. They are quick to punish those indebted to them who do not follow their many rules. There are several myths concerning the home of the djinns.

According to Persian mythology some of them live in a place called Jinnistan. Others say jinn live with other supernatural beings in the Kaf, mystical emerald mountains surrounding the earth.

The djinn spirits were said to inhabit caves, graveyards, darkness, & the underground, & could consort with deities in pre-Islamic traditions. In Islamic traditions, the jinn are lower beings than humans & angels, & were made to bow before Adam. The Jinn tempt & seduce mankind to stray from God.

According to the traditions, Prophet Muhammed (saws) said: ''There are 3 types of djinn; One type flies through the air, another type consists of snakes and dogs. A third is based in one place but travels about''

The 3 types of Jinn are as follows:

1 Amir: (Resident Jinn) used to mean that he is one of those who lives with people.

2 Shaytan: Used for a Jinni who is malicious and has become wicked.

3 Ifrit: Used for a Jinni who is stronger and more powerful than a Shaytan.

The way of life for the djinn is just like Human Beings. For Example: they are accountable for their actions, just as Human Beings Ibliss/azazel has his throne in the sea, and he sends out his dispatchments of shaytan/satan to aggravate people.

The dearest of them to him is the one who causes the most mischief. Abilities That which clearly distinguishes the Jinn from mankind, are their powers and abilities. God has given them these powers as a test for them. If they oppress others with them, then they will be held accountable. By knowing of their powers, we can often make sense of much of the mysteries which go on around us.

One of the powers of the djinn, is that they are able to take on any physical form they like. Thus, they can appear as humans, animals trees and anything else. Over the last few years the interest in the subject of aliens and UFO's has become heightened.

Thousands of people have sighted strange looking creatures all over the world. These sightings however, have still not proven substantially that aliens exist. Rather - and it seems more plausible all the sightings of such creatures were just djinns parading in different forms. So the next time you see something that looks like E.T, its most probably just a wicked djinn trying to scare and confuse you!

The ability to possess and take over the minds and bodies of other creatures is also a power which the Jinn have utilised greatly over the centuries. This however, is something which has been prohibited to them as it is a great oppression to possess another being. Human possession is something which has always brought about great attention. But the true knowledge of this subject is rare amongst the people.

Over the last 3 decades the subject of possession has become very commercialised. During the 70's films such as The Exorcist and Rosemary's Baby were used to educate people about possession. However, because such institutions (the film industry) were heavily influenced by the occult.

Rather then educate people about Jinn possession, films such as The Exorcist just tended to scare the living daylights out of us! Only through Islam can we understand such a phenomena. We know that Jinn possess people for many reasons. Sometimes it is because the Jinn or its family has been hurt accidentally. It could be because the Jinn has fallen in love with the person. However, most of the time possession occurs because the Jinn is simply malicious and wicked. For this reason we have been told by the Prophet (saws) not to loiter in those places where the Jinns reside, e.g. graveyards, ruins, deserts, market places etc.

We have also been commanded to recite the Qur'aan frequently in our houses as the Prophet (saws) said: "Indeed, the shaytan flees from the house in which Surah Al-Baqarah (the 2nd chapter of the Qur'an) is recited" . If a person does become possessed, then the name of Allah has to be used in expelling the Jinn. If we look at the practice of the Prophet and his companions, we find many duas (supplications) to exorcise the Jinn.

How contrary this is to many modern-day exorcists. Many exorcists, Muslim and non-Muslim, often invoke the names of others besides GOD to exorcise the Jinn. When the Jinn does leave, these people believe that their way was successful.

However, this is a ploy of the Jinn, as it knows that if it obeys the exorcist, then it has succeeded in making him worship others besides God. The Jinn often returns when the exorcist leaves, as it knows that nothing except the words of God can stop it from oppressing others.

It is not only humans which are possessed, but also animals, trees and other objects. By doing this, the evil Jinn hope to make people worship others besides God.

The possession of idols is one way to do this. Not so long ago the world-wide phenomenon of Hindu idols drinking milk, shocked the world. From Bombay to London, Delhi to California, countless idols were lapping up milk. Ganesh the elephant god, Hanuman the monkey god and even Shiva lingam, the male private organ, all seemed to guzzle down the milk as if there was no tomorrow!

Unfortunately people were taken in by this and many flocked to feed (?) the Hindu gods. Anyone who knows about Jinn possession, will undoubtedly know that this is a classic attempt to make people commit idolatry. And it worked, as many people started to worship these lifeless pieces of wood and marble.

Anyone with half a brain would say to themselves, 'why on earth does a god need to be fed?!! Surely if Ganesh, Hanuman or Shiva were divine then they wouldn't need feeding?' However, such common sense seemed to be lacking as the Jinns played havoc with these gullible people.

The Occult

Through their powers of flying and invisibility, the Jinn are the chief component in occult activities.

Voodoo, Black magic, Poltergeists, Witchcraft and Mediums can all be explained through the world of the Jinn. Likewise, so can the illusions and feats of magicians.

Because the Jinn can traverse huge distances over a matter of seconds, their value to magicians is great. In return for helping them in their magic, the Jinns often ask for the magicians to sell their souls to them and even to Iblis/satan. Thus the magicians take the Jinn and Iblis/satan as lords besides God.

Some of the feats performed by magicians and entertainers are without doubt from the assistance of the Jinn. Making the Statue of Liberty disappear, flying across the Grand Canyon and retrieving a ship from the Bermuda Triangle, have all been done by the magician David Copperfield.

There is NO way that a man could do such things without the assistance of the Jinn. It would not be surprising therefore, if David Copperfield had sold his soul to Iblis himself. One of the most frequent activities associated with the Jinn, is fortune telling.

These people would use their associates from the Jinn to find out about the future. The Jinns would go to the lowest heaven and listen to the Angels conversing amongst themselves about events of the Future which they heard from God.

The Jinn would then inform the fortune-tellers. This is why before the time of the Prophet (saws) many fortune-tellers were very accurate in their predictions. However, upon the Prophet's arrival the heavens were guarded intensely by the Angels, and any Jinn who tried to listen was attacked by meteors (shooting stars): "And We have guarded it (the heavens) from every accursed devil, except one who is able to snatch a hearing and he is pursued by a brightly burning flame" (Surah Al-Hijr 15:1 The Prophet (saws) also said: "They (the Jinn) would pass the information back down until it reaches the lips of a magician or forrtune-teller Sometimes a meteor would overtake them before they could pass it on. If they passed it on before being struck, they would add to it a hundred lies". Thus, it is clear from this as to how fortune-tellers get predictions of the future. By visiting Muslim lands such as Morocco, one is able to see as to how much inter Jinn-fortune-teller activity there really is. If you look up at the sky on a clear night in Morocco, you will see the heavens ablaze with shooting stars! A clear display of the devils being chased away from the heavens. Fortune-tellers also operate through the Qareen.

The Qareen is the Jinn companion which is assigned to every human being. It is this Jinn which whispers to our base desires and constantly tries to divert us from righteousness. The Prophet (saws) said: "Everyone of you has been assigned a companion from the Jinn.

The world of the Jinn is one which is both sinister and intriguing. By knowing of this world we can explain many of the mysteries and issues which bother us. By doing this we can avoid the extremes which the people have gone to; nothing being more extreme then worshipping others besides God.

By understanding the Unity of God, we defend and protect ourselves from these hidden allies of Iblis/satan: "Indeed he (Iblis) and his tribe watch you from a position where you cannot see them" Qur'aan

Stages Of the Journey / The Supreme Goal

''Open the Floodgates''

When one is at the Gateway, the beginning of the journey to the Absolute, there are various states which descend upon the spiritual traveller. Each one is itself a gateway orienting the seeker to the journey ahead. Ansari (Islamic mystic) has described the stages or houses as being ten tens.

This is also know as the Chart of the Virtues, it corresponds to the stages of the journey in accordance with Quranic references from which their names are drawn.

98 solitude
99 gathering
100 unity

The stages are descibed in other terms by Simnani, who relates the macrocosmic Descent of creation to the microcosmic Ascent of the return.

From the Divine Essence to the world of Nature-Man, there are seven levels, from light to shadow. On the return, one passes these seven stages in reverse order, ascending through seven subtle, non-physical aspects of the self.

These 7 subtle stages relate to the 7 major Prophets of semitic monotheism,
Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses, David, Jesus, and Muhammad (blessings and peace by on them).

These stages also correspond with our own Subtle bodies. When one reaches the Truth of one's Being, one has become the universal prototype, having being transformed to the Muhammad of one's being.

These 7 Prophets and 7 stages correspond to seven colours, described by the various orders. The Adam of one's being is the aquiring of an embryonic mould of a new body, a subtle, non physical form.
The psychological colour of this stage is black moving toward grey.

The second organ newly activated corresponds to the animal soul, the battlefield of vital and organic operations, which is the center of desires and evil passions. This corresponds to the Noah of ones being, because Noah faced the same situation in dealing with hostility of his people. The colour of this stage is blue.

The third subtle organ is the spiritual Heart, which exists in an embyonic form in the potential mysticas the pearl within the shell. It is none other than the true I, the personal individuality. The spiritual I relates to the Abraham of one's being, as Abraham was the intimate friend of God. This stage is red. The Abraham of one's being travels the subtle centers of the supraconsciousness.

The fourth subtle organ is the inner microcosmic secret, the point of Supraconsciousness, and is the stage of spiritual monologues which correspond to those in which Moses participated. The colour of this stage is white.

The fifth subtle organ is the spirit, which because of the nobility of it's rank is invested as the vice-regent of God, the David of one's being, it's colour is yellow.

The sixth subtle organ is that which recieves inspiration. It is the Jesus of one's being, because it is this organ which announces the name. The colour of this stage is luminous black.

The seventh subtle organ which is activated is the Muhammad of one's being, which corresponds to one's divine center or Eternal Seal, as Muhammad was the Seal of Prophecy. The colour of this stage is green.

In the stages of ascent and descent Macrocosm Microcosm

The world of Nature-Man The mould of the body The Adam of one's Being The world of forms The Vital senses The Noah of one's Being
The world of spiritual perception The Heart (spiritual) The Abraham of one's Being
The world of imagination The edge of supraconsciousness
The Moses of one's being
The world beyond form The Spirit The David of one's being
Divine Nature Inspiration The Jesus of one's Being
Divine Essence Truth The Muhammad of one's Being The need for Divine Law is often compared to Noah's Arc, which one must, like Noah, build out of planks and dowels.

The planks are 'Knowledges' and the dowels are 'Actions'. Without the Arc, one is drowned in the flood of materiality, as was Noahs son who refused the Law delivered by his father, from God. Standing on the circumference, one relates in an outward direction through the manifest world.

The motion inwards is through the spiritual methods which lead to the center, Secret or Spirit which resides in a state of potentiality in all things. If we remain unaware, the spirit remains passive and unactivated, only an allusion to the potentality we contain.

Understanding Health and Balance

What is Health?

'Illness is one of the forms of experience by which humans arrive at a knowledge of God; as he says,

''Illnesses are my servants which I attach to My chosen friends'' Thus we ought not to necessarily see it as an event, a mechanism of the body, that is serving to cleanse, purify, and balance us on, physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual planes.

Considered from this perspective, a bout of flu, a cold, diarrhea, even some unwanted agonizing pain are friends, enabling our bodies to purge unwanted and potentially harmful toxic by-products of metabolsm.

Western medicine endeavors to halt or Impede the Various eliminative functions of the body, to stop the urge to vomit with stomach remedies; to block diarrhea with potions; to end fever with asprin and related drugs.

Behind every natural action of the human body is an inherent wisdom, a mechanism that allows the body to heal itself. In fact, no herb, food, or any other substance or procedure can do anything on it's own to heal; it can ONLY aid and assist the body of it's own self-healing role.

If your finger is cut, it is not the stitches or the bandage or the iodine that causes it to heal, it is the skin itself that performs this miracle. When we think of Illness, we almost always first think of injury or acute pains the first stage. But today many people are realizing that other aspects of our mental world, our feelings and thoughts, can become un-balanced and cause illness and suffering, even though there maybe nothing clinically 'wrong' with a person.

This approach to health and disease has come to be known as 'Holistic'. The interconnection between the physical and spiritual realms exists all through nature, of which humans are a part.

One might say that animals are more attuned to it; Dolphins, and whales, transcend even the 3rd dimension, sometimes horses and other animals give a particular sound just before they die, and animals nearby know the meaning of this sound. Animals have a greater awareness of the unseen realms.

Humans should have this knowledge, but they do not seek it, Humans are more bound to the physical realm. There must be a knowledge and consideration of the physical, mental, and spiritual planes of existence for there to be true health. By understanding each of these planes of being, we can arrive at the correct modes of balancing and treating each one. If the subject of disease is looked into deeply into enough, the origin of all illness can be said to lie in the mind. Our thoughts.

The hierarchy of Creation The hierarchy of creation extends from the most minute forms of Terrestrial life up to God. The construction of this hierarchy was designed by God and is kept in form and balance by his will.

In general terms, the whole of his creation is divided into 2 parts;

The known world of our human creation and the unseen. The generally unknown world of the heavens.

The world below, as it were, is the sublunary world, consisting of four elemental spheres;

The terrestrial, vegetative, animal, and human kingdoms. These four componants are arranged in ascending order of creation, so that the Human being occupies the highest position in the order of the physical creation.

This dimension is governed by the rules of nature, which is to say the dominion of growth and decay, of life and death. Above this created world of Human existence lies the realm of the heavens, which are eleven in number.

Each of these heavens is occupied by angelic forms and ultimately is populated with souls that depart from human bodies and earthly existence. Each of the elemental spheres; The terrestrial, vegetable, animal, and human kindoms, is composed in two parts; a

n elemental sphere and an interspace, with which it connects to the sphere above it's own. Thus the terrestrial sphere connects with the second elemental sphere, via the in-organic world.

When the element of water is combined with the terrestrial sphere, the vegetative world is created. Likewise the addition of air to earth and water creates fire. the human form is made up. The human kingdom is the interconnection to the heavenly realms.

For most humans; the first heaven is represented by the moon. ''This planet God made made form light of his own heart, the Fount of God, the absolute of the heart; Love.'' Prophet muhammad

Muraqaba: The Subtle Contemplations

This meditation, it is for expanding the consciousness, and allowing your heart to recieve the infomation.

This particular meditation is quite advanced and requires a complete focus. It has been practised by mystics, the knowledge was taken from the Inner Islamic traditions, Irfaan.

Muraqaba; The subtle contemplations This is the first of a series of muraqabat, or subtle contemplations. The word muraqaba is related to the Divine Name al-Raqib, meaning, the Watchful One. Hence muraqaba can be understood as an exercise in ‘watching the Watcher watching.’

God is a circle whose center is everywhere and whose circumference is nowhere.

Instructions:

The Decree of Hu-ness With eyes closed, turn the glance toward the suwaida, this is the heart’s subtle energetic nucleus, visualizing it as the center and cause of the universe.

From there, draw lines upward, downward, to the right, to the left, forward, and backward, until the lines intersect with the convex point of the empyrean, or until your self appears miniaturized.

Ascend from the suwaida into the brain, exit the cleft of the brain, and traverse the universe of sublime thought until reaching the supreme empyrean. This is the final 12th realm that extends furtherest in the universe, where there is no limit, no end.

Travel in the upper reaches of the empyrean until, after a time, you have the wondrous feeling of having reached infinity, and from there return.

In the same way, travel in each of the six directions. In this exercise, certain things will be revealed to you, including the realities of the eyes of knowledge, the providence of infinity, the universal, the unity of the universal body, and inner grace.

From non-dimensional space many lights and secrets will be revealed. The Harmony of Hearts Sit kneeling or cross-legged, with eyes closed and back erect, facing north. Watch the breath, allowing it to pervade the body, inducing deep relaxation and awareness.

Direct the awakened breath to the heart, probing its inner recesses. Locate the heart’s subtle energetic nucleus, the particle of black light called the suwaida. From the suwaida, trace luminous lines outward in the six directions, visualizing the heart as the axis of a vast three-dimensional grid that lattices the entire cosmos, its six lines ultimately intersecting at the boundary of the space-time continuum, the point of singularity.

With focused concentration, follow the trajectory of the ascending line. Passing out of the body through the fontanel, rise through the atmosphere and the stratosphere into space, traversing the solar system, the Milky Way (100,000 light-years in diameter), and similarly the 100 billion other galaxies, until reaching the threshold of infinity.

Return by the same corridor. Likewise, traverse the five remaining vectors, one by one. Descending, your path plunges through the earth’s crust, mantle, and burning core, only to reemerge on the opposite hemisphere and ascend into the sky.

Horizontally—to the right, left, forward, and backward—you hover for miles at ground level, tunneling through hills and mountains, until your straight path parts ways with the curved earth, propelling you into interplanetary space and beyond.

Rest in the heart. (The approximate duration of this muraqaba is 45 minutes.)

Extensions of the Decree of Hu-ness in daily life:

Throughout the month, continuously return to the awareness of the heart as axis mundi, the center and cause of the universe. Notice how your consciousness is capable of encompassing the universe in every direction.

Likewise maintain awareness of your spatial orientation on earth, that is, your position relative to the six cardinal directions. Ideally one does this by observing the position of the sun in the sky.

Alternatively, a compass may be employed.
